On a suitable private hard and level driveway, we protect the floor, safely lift the vehicle on appropriately rated jack and axle stands, remove wheels and accessible undertrim, clean and prepare the underside and apply Silverhook to the agreed areas. No deposit is needed to request a booking.

What’s included in a full package
Inspect & protect the driveway
We check your vehicle and safe working space, including solid level ground and sufficient clearance, then lay suitable floor protection.
Lift & remove wheels
We use suitable jacking points and correctly rated axle stands; wheels come off for better access to the arches, sills and underside.
Accessible trim removed
Undertrays, arch liners and removable undertrim are taken off where practical and safe for access, then kept secure for refitting.
Brush & mechanically prepare
We brush dirt and wire-brush/drill loose old underseal, surface deposits and flaky material from accessible sills, arches and underside metal where appropriate. Structural repairs are not disguised.
Apply Silverhook safely
Sensitive brake friction surfaces and unsuitable fittings are protected or excluded. We apply Silverhook Under Seal Spray (SGUS1) to the properly prepared, suitable agreed areas.
Reassemble & show you
We safely refit the removed trim and wheels, check wheel fixings, take a photo record, explain aftercare and collect payment only after the agreed job is completed and you’re happy.

WITH THE RIGHT CONDITIONS.
We can attend suitable private driveways or yards for vehicles up to 4 tonnes, subject to the actual lifting equipment, safe access, weather and working area. We never work under a vehicle supported by a jack alone. The surface must be hard, level and suitable for the vehicle and axle stands. If the site or vehicle is not safe, we rearrange instead of proceeding.
If corrosion needs a welder
WE STOP AND TELL YOU.
Some surface corrosion can be prepared; significant or structural rust is a repair issue, not something to hide under a coating. We pause and explain the concern. You choose a reputable welder to complete the required repair, and we arrange a return visit to finish the agreed treatment once repaired and safe. Welding costs are separate from the fixed Underseal package.
Care after treatment
GOOD PROTECTION NEEDS UPKEEP.
We provide photos and aftercare advice. Silverhook SGUS1 typically needs approximately 5–7 hours to dry according to its technical sheet, and longer may be needed depending on conditions. Keep the vehicle parked until sufficiently dry. We recommend regular checks and offer optional lower-priced annual maintenance visits.
